During my masters program, I studied the effects of training programs on bowling teams first hand while conducting biomechanical research in bowlers. After seeing the results, I was determined to provide training programs for other bowlers wanting to train like an athlete.

I’ve been providing bowlers across the world with structured training programs that improve functional movement, prevent injuries, and enhance performance.
