• 1:1 In Person Training Sessions (at Next Level Strength and Conditioning in Fairport, NY)- Sessions typically are around 60 minutes- 10-15 minutes of mobility and a dynamic warm up followed by 30-40 minutes of strength training and anywhere from 5-15 minutes conditioning depending on your phase of training and goals. Cost: $60/session or $45/session for 2+ sessions each week.
  • 1:1 Remote Training- Monthly workouts are customized based on what equipment you have access to at home or a gym. Workouts are loading onto an app (I use TrainHeroic) which includes a link to a video for each exercise for demonstration. Remote training clients can send videos of them performing lifts or movements for feedback from me through the app. Cost: $80/month for 2 days per week, $100/month for 3 days per week, $120 for 4-5 days per week (advanced). *3 month minimum commitment is required and spots are limited each month!
  • Small Group Training- This is a great way to get structured training with friends and family at a cost that is budget friendly! In person training sessions with a group of 2 is $25/person and 3-5 people is $20 per person.
